Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
∎ Design, develop, and update training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and training manuals.
∎ Ensure training materials are engaging, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives.
∎ Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees.
∎ Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
∎ Adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learner groups.
∎ Manage and maintain the company's LMS, including uploading and organizing training content.
∎ Track employee progress, report on training effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
∎ Analyze training evaluation data and make adjustments to improve training quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Excellent oral & written Communication skill.
∎ Good presentation skill.
∎ Good analytical ability.
