Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to prepare laser effect as per requirement
∎ Have to be able to operate the Jeanologia laser machine
∎ Able to make unique design & development to on-board the new buyers along with R&D
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of laser and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Have to research laser software & develop new program for increasing production
∎ Need to ensure compliance rules and responsibilities & others.
∎ Have to prepare the layout for the production floor for the effective utilization of men, machines, and materials.
∎ Have to check the laser process; WIP, non-productive time and compile reports on the progress of work and quality problems
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop quality and design standards, Coordinate technical and pre-production meetings with production and quality team before new style/ input is given to the production floor.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management of the safety, quality, production, compliance issues and efficiency of the factory.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Having good communications skill in English written and oral communication
∎ Having good interpersonal skills, the ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Having good presentation and delivery skills to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
