Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee overall daily sewing production and achieve production targets with quality standards required by the buyers.
∎ Responsible for pre-production activities and ensure product quality as required by end buyer’s.
∎ Coordinate with line In-charge, supervisor, operator and other departments for smooth & higher production on time.
∎ Follow and develop standard production flow chart to increase production efficiency. Ensure production lines are properly balanced for optimum output.
∎ Prepare floor plan, handle production process and guide junior colleagues for higher productivity.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of fabric & accessories with minimum wastage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field (Denim Garments)
