Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) /Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any Subject will be given preference.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job wise Accessories Inventory Report.
∎ Inventory Report of all Import Accessories & Make Trims card for Approval from Merchandiser.
∎ Price Sticker Receiving & Due Statement.
∎ Very often I involved of receiving bellow item for quality assuring (Import Item/Tag, Poly, and Local Purchase Item etc.)
∎ Try to control of delivery (all stationary & sewing needle).
∎ Sub Work: Style wise Accessories Requirement sheet making, when arrange all accessories as per requirement sheet and then challan making for delivery to subcontract factory.
∎ Monitoring: All accessories Receiving (Sewing Thread, Main, Size, Care Label/Tag, Price Tag, Poly, carton) all goods quantity ensure & quality primary ensure.
∎ Observing, of all MRR making, Challan entry to Register, SR Posting, Bin card Maintaining & ensuring; all Goods Inventory.
∎ Particularly I try to care; "If when unfortunately causes, any crisis moment (Shortage, Received due, Color shading, Bad quality)".
∎ Shipment: I am Maintaining Shipment related all work {At first Conformation from "Factory Manager" After then from Commercial: C & F, Depot, Style, Po, Try etc., Packing List Received from Concern Merchandiser, after then as per CBM wise Cover van booking from Transport, Then take conformation (when complete production) from finishing In charge, Inspection Q.C, F/Supervisor, After then time to time liaison maintain with Cover Van Driver, Security, Labor. After then Cover van Load & Making Challan as per Loading}.
∎ Reporting of shipment, time to time.
∎ Monthly consuming Report of all Stationary, Sewing Needle & Others Item.
∎ Monthly Total Shipment Delivery Report.
∎ Balance Sheet of all Accessories as per Job wise as wise rate of purchasing (Sewing Thread, Main, Size, Care Label, H/Tag, Price Tag, Poly, Carton etc).
∎ Total Shipment Report of the Year.
∎ Ensure proper environmental condition within the factory premises including workplace.
∎ Regular appraisal of the store staff.
∎ Ensure protection/measure against Occupational, Health & Safety hazards/issues and risk assessment.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
