All approval confirmation
Risk analysis for production & Quality.
Giving instruction to In-charge Supervisors, for on-time shipment with quality.
Supervisor, In-Charge, Performance Check.
Analysis of quality data.
Taking Main role in pp Meeting
Planning for Overtime analysis.
Follow as per instruction of our superior & reporting boss.
All Quality follow-up
Embroidery quality, fusing & finishing & quality control.
Communication with all production Units
Discussion With Production, Finishing QA team for delivery situation & shipment date.
Analysis of quality data.
