Risk analysis for production plan make.
Embroidery units each & everything follow-up.
Giving instruction to In-charge Supervisors, for on-time shipment with quality.
Supervisor, In-Charge, Performance Check.
Production Target check daily & hourly.
Taking Main role in pp Meeting
Planning for Overtime analysis.
Follow as per instruction of our superior & reporting boss.
