Job Context:
∎ Bori Garment Accessories Co., Ltd is a chinese holder Printing Factory . The Headquarter of the Company is located in China and established in 2004. With advanced facilities and Perfect production systems. , With the development of company ,we establish the brand factory in Bangaladesh in 2015 ,Bori Company limited is a manufacturer & exporter of garment accessories products with more than 400 employees .We are a multinational garment accessories corporation ,which it is including hangtags ,Giftbox, Shoebox , Shopping Bag,stickers , Note Book, Label, Leather patch, Silicon Emboss and other Printing related garment accessories product .Currently we work with Japan Disney, L?Oreal, P&G, SANSUNG, ASUS and Targus.
∎ Now we r looking dynamic & energetic Person for our Production Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To develop new sample as per customer demand with proper product costing.
∎ • To understand about different color matching & design setup in the printing items.
∎ • To prepare a full production plan according to production target.
∎ • Ensure and check the production quality and prepare production report.
∎ • Ensure cleanliness, proper greasing and log book of machine.
∎ • To take initiative minimizes production cost and increase profitability.
∎ • To reduce wastage, process loses and maximizes production.
∎ • To monitor quality, accuracy and timeliness of all order to ensure customer commitments and met through production of high quality of standard that meets customer delivery expectations.
∎ cknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan
∎ • To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then reason is to be found out from production manager and he is to be guided for more production
∎ • Having clear idea about the quality of garments accessories and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 20 to 40 years
∎ • Knowledge about Printing & Packaging unit.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ • Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
∎ • Able to work extended working hour and under pressure
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
