Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Have B Sc. Engineering degree of Industrial & Production Engineering department from any reputed University. (Textile engineering with having good IE knowledge also preferable).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop recruiting system that right manpower recruits for right place.
∎ Responsible for making Monthly Capacity Plan and production plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, IE, merchandising, production, and others relevant team.
∎ Make monthly projection for marketing and make monthly production plan for plant and also monitoring
∎ Responsible for monitoring Plan vs actual production and react accordingly.
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target and monitor hourly production record as set.
∎ Resource utilization.
∎ Make cost SMV for marketing and also make bulk SMV for production floor
∎ Make operation chart and operation breakdown sheet for plant
∎ Develop a strong MIS (Management Information System) for factory
∎ Develop a strong IE & Planning team for factory
∎ Implement IE tools and techniques
∎ Product knowledge for, Knit Garments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit (9 Line) .
