Prepare every day production plan and fixing style wise production target.
Prepare Monthly In-House production and capacity plan.
Ensure Delivery Start & finish date with strong production & finishing follow up.
On time line feeding with pre-production activities like buyer & factory size set, PP, meeting, trail and bulk cutting.
Risk analysis and production plan make.
