∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · The candidate must have well experience with any well-valued knit customer as IKEA/ H&M/Next/Primark/OTTO/Walmart/Carrefour etc.
∎ ·Communication with the Buyers & Liaison office, factory personnel, and all other related departments of the company.
∎ · Costing of products.
∎ · Coordinate with the factory team for proper & on-time execution of production, process & procedures of buyers.
∎ · Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality, etc., related technical issues as efficient/experienced troubleshooter.
∎ ·Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer's requirements.
∎ ·Ensure quality execution of orders up to "shipment" the goods maintaining effective TNA & "Critical Path".
∎ ·Assist the in-house procurement team in sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard.
∎ ·Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ ·Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
