Job Responsibilities:
∎ To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline
∎ Conduct awareness program among employees to ensure all rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance related issues.
∎ Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between Workers and Management.
∎ To organize & carryout training as per Buyer's COC & law of the country.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance
∎ Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues.
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labour Law.
∎ Counsel employees on their grievances and maintain grievance handling procedure
∎ Find out all Noncompliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
∎ Conduct the awareness program and PA system for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid C-TPAT, environment etc.
∎ Grievance Handling procedure & counseling of workers.
∎ Counsel workers to ensure health & safety related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on HR & Social Compliance Issues
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 (Amended 2013 & Rules 2015), buyer compliance, code of conduct and regulations of the country.
∎ Good Communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivated
∎ Good Counseling capability
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should have leadership lead the team.
