∎ Masters/ B.Sc. in IPE from any recognized Foreign/ Local University.
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, english fluency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the integration of all functions of the department to other departments.
∎ Monitor the workflow after initialisation and update the methodology time to time
∎ Check and ensure the layout.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work - In - Process (WIP).
∎ Analyses the bottle - neck process.
∎ Method study.
∎ Knit Garments Production, SMV Calculation, waste reduction, Productivity increase, LEAN Technology, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning etc
∎ Grade the operator for new or existing. Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Follow - up the production and take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning for productivity improvement and input.
∎ Ensure the follow - up of the cut bundle sheet in the line to ensure efficient assembly operation without any system loss.
∎ Implement GSD method in the production floor.
∎ Ensure the process flow through proper bundling system.
∎ Implement best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources
∎ Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities
∎ Conduct necessary training on technical aspect and make the existing workforce efficient through proper technical training
∎ Recommend methods for improving optimization of personnel, material, and utilities
∎ Analysis manpower status and set standard man & machine ratio considering direct & indirect
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements
∎ Overseeing production processes
∎ Re-negotiating schedules as necessary
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT.
∎ English fluency.
