Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, policies and procedures to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
∎ · Knowledge of Mechanical Works: Generator, HVAC, Air compressor, Firefighting equipment’s, Pump, Gas Boiler, ETP, WTP and waste management.
∎ .Maintenance & Supervision: ·Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair mechanical machinery equipment in industry.· Candidate should be capability to solve the any mechanical modification/troubleshooting / breakdown works of knit warping machineries.·
∎ Candidate should be capability to maintain the any mechanical works the generator, Gas Boiler and Air compressor.·
∎ Candidate should be capability to solve the any mechanical modification / breakdown / troubleshooting works the knit oven fabrics dyeing machineries.·
∎ Candidate should be capability to maintain / drive the management.
∎ Safety Compliance: Ensure all mechanical system comply with industry safety standard and regulation. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of mechanical maintenance and project activities.
∎ Team Leadership : Supervise and monitor a team of under technician and candidate should be capable to skill develop the workforce.
∎ Must have knowledge about knitting.
