Experience:

• 7 to 12 years

• must have working experience in Knit/ Lingerie

• At last 02 years Experience in IE in managerial position

• Strong Communication Skills.

• Must be good looking and presentable.

• Willingness to work under Pressure.

• Age above 40 is not acceptable.

Costing:

The candidate has to be efficient in product costing (CM ) and operation breakdown ( From Tec pack and sample ) and paper layout .

Production Planning & Efficiency Monitoring

• Assist in developing and maintaining production plans.
• Monitor production lines for performance, efficiency, and bottlenecks.
• Propose improvements to optimize line balancing and manpower utilization.

Method Study & Work Measurement

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze work processes.
• Recommend improved work methods and layouts to reduce waste (lean manufacturing).
• Update Standard Minute Values (SMVs) regularly.

Capacity Planning

• Support the planning team in calculating production capacity and resource requirements.
• Evaluate machine and manpower capability for upcoming orders.

Line Layout & Setup

• Design and implement efficient workstation layouts and line setups.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during new line setups or modifications.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Implement lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects.
• Participate in cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and present production data for decision-making.
• Track KPI metrics such as efficiency, productivity, downtime, and operator performance.

Training & Development

• Assist in training sewing operators or production workers on standardized methods and best practices.
• Collaborate with training departments for skill development plans.

Support for New Product Development (NPD)

• Participate in pre-production meetings and pilot runs to ensure feasibility of new styles/products.
• Analyze style complexities and estimate production time and cost.
