Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in any discipline of Science from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and monitor the whole production and distribution of raw materials and finished Goods & Quality assurances of all production etc.
∎ To handle the factory workers, staff and officer and maintain good relation and working environment.
∎ To liaison with Govt./Semi-Govt. Organization for factory related matters like VAT.
∎ To develop and maintain multinational standard of systems, processes and management for running the factory to get quality standard certificates.
∎ To report to Director and prepare monthly report and submit to Head Office addressing Director.
∎ In addition to the above job, you may be entrusted with responsibility of other legal works as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in Basic Computer skills/ English.
∎ Reported to Narayangonj (Rupgonj) Factory from Dhaka City.
∎ Minimum 5 years experience with any Chemical/ FMCG Factory.
∎ Posting will be in Factory.
Salary: Negotiable
