To further strengthen our brand positioning and drive strategic marketing initiatives, we are seeking a qualified, dynamic, and passionate professional to join our Brand team as Assistant Manager/Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Daily communication with the sales team if required.
  • Regular market visits to interact directly with Dealer, Retailer & Consumers & gather feedback for further brand planning.
  • Meeting with clients and Vendors (Outdoor Branding, Media Person, Indoor Branding, etc.)
  • Working with colleagues across multiple departments
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets.
  • Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
  • Understanding of trends and create ability to respond to customers’ wishes
  • Collaborate to manage and allocate branding budgets
  • Build strategic options and come up with new campaigns
  • Keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • Record keeping of sales information in detail for future analysis & brand planning.
  • All documentation activities for any branding campaigns (Work Requisition to Billing Process)
  • Media buying & monitoring
  • Social media (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, & LinkedIn) communication & management
  • Social media query management, monitoring & execution.
  • Brand promotion plan & execution in digital platform
  • Observe & give insights all kind of graphical designs (static & dynamic) related to product & branding.
  • Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Liaison with all media (Print, Electronic, Digital & Others).
  • Development of various gift items for different stakeholders (Work Requisition to Billing Process).
  • Any work assigned by management.
