As part of our continuous expansion across the country, we are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven professional to join our Sales & Marketing team as Assistant Manager – Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute area-wise sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential distribution channels across assigned territories.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; provide timely feedback to management.
- Ensure proper implementation of trade marketing and promotional activities in the market.
- Coordinate with the logistics and accounts departments to ensure timely product delivery and payment collection.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management review.
- Ensure brand visibility, availability, and customer satisfaction in all sales points.
