Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Oversee and lead the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and facilities.
∎ 2. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all machinery and systems.
∎ 3. Analyze equipment performance to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
∎ 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
∎ 5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
∎ 6. Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
∎ 7. Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
∎ 8. Handle urgent repairs and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
∎ 9. Liaise with external vendors for specialized repair work or procurement of parts.
