Job Responsibilities:
∎ Industrial Relation related responsibilities:
∎ 1. Harmonize day-to-day Industrial Relations in the factory and Maintain smooth relation with the Union.
∎ 2. Handle grievances and ensure implementation of compliance issues and disciplinary matters of factory.
∎ 3. Direct and coordinate the planning, recruitment and on-boarding of the factory workers.
∎ 4. Maintain HR operational issues for the factory workers.
∎ 5. Ensure proper implementation of medical facilities and welfare activities.
∎ Admin related responsibilities:
∎ 1. Ensure general administrative support such as Canteen, transport, protocol services, NOC etc.
∎ 2. Ensure Security, Safety and EH&S compliance issues of factory premises
∎ 3. Ensure compound-maintenance & housekeeping and protect all Company assets
∎ 4. Maintain Public relations & liaison with law enforcing agencies & contractual security company for placing of proper and efficient security personnel as and where required.
∎ 5. Ensure all materials of ongoing Factory/Office are being sent out & are allowed in against proper approval
∎ 6. Ensure expatriate management related support and activities
∎ 7. Coordinate visitor management and ensure transport facilities of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Should have experience in Employee Relation and HR Admin
∎ Should be a team player and excellent in coordination
∎ Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skill

Salary: Negotiable
