Increase productivity and efficiency through Method Study, Method Re-engineering, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing.
Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects and wastage, garments manufacturing process breakdown, perfect machine layout
Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of man, machine and materials and analyzing productivity and calculate efficiency.
Implementing innovations to reduce cost and increase productivity.
Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better efficiency, productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
Analysis root case of low production and collect lost time against low production and clarify.
Monitor line-wise production report on hourly output basis and study individual operator`s performance.
Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve
Ensure proper utilization of man, machine and materials for smooth productivity.
Monitoring of production output and finding out bottle-necks, technical, quality, machinery problems with immediate solution.
Ensure all line man & m/c in just time as per loading plan.
Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
KPI Measurement & present weekly, monthly & yearly.
Train up all PM, Line in-charge, supervisor, production officer about how to improve Productivity & Efficiency%, also maintain 5s.
Paper Layout & SMV, Daily Line Target set, Operator skill matrix update, SMV Database update follow up.
Provide marketing SMV & thread consumption for marketing to Merchandising Dept.
To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept. in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources
Ensure maximum output by using minimum resources.
