Responsibilities & Context:
- Rahman Sports Wear Ltd., We are looking for some potential applicants for Human Resource Department.
- Payroll Related work (Payroll Software). Compliance Related Work.
- To assist Employee Relation related task. Need to draft letter in Bangla or English (Disciplinary, show cause, etc) Assist to prepare Increment Sheet / Promotion sheet (Management/Non-Management Staff). Employee Personal File Management (Regular Staff, Expat Staff, Foreign Staff).
- Input necessary information in HRMIS of all personal file.
- Assist to recruit the right people at the right place by maintaining proper recruitment policies & procedures.
- Any other task given by the department Head/Management.
