Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Recruitment request to on board - Worker, Staff and Management level.
∎ Ensure On-time performance evaluation
∎ Monitor/Conduct training program for functional, managerial and behavioral skill development
∎ Identify Worker and staff Grievance issue and solve.
∎ Maintain Absenteeism rate.
∎ Identify Daily floor related problem and solve.
∎ Maintain all Disciplinary and legal issues within the timeline.
∎ Analyze Manpower planning.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance EXCEL, MS word, Outlook.
∎ Bangladesh Labour Law knowledge.
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Leadership Quality.
