Responsibilities & Context:

HR Operations and Payroll Benefit Administration
i. Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist with benefits administration.
ii. Coordinate and manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
iii. Administer employee benefits programs.

Data Analysis and Reporting
i. Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights to identify areas for improvement and support HR decision-making.
ii. Employee Performance and Productivity Analysis Report.
iii. Generate monthly HR reports and dashboards.

Performance Management
i. Supporting performance appraisal processes, providing feedback, and assisting with performance improvement plans.

HR System & Data Management
i. Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
ii. Ensure data accuracy and produce HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
iii. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency.

Documentation and support
i. Develop and maintain data privacy and documentation.

Disciplinary and Final Settlement Process
i. Handle employee exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure the collection and analysis of key information to enhance retention strategies.
ii. Assist in investigating and resolving legal complaints, working closely with corporate counsel to address legal matters effectively.
