Additional Requirements: Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law and Rules is must.
Writing skills in Bangali (Bijoy) is mandatory.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
Oriental Group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. We are looking an honest and energetic Asst. Manager for HR and Admin Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Recruitment and Selection process effectively & efficiently.
- Ensure proper joining process, Job offer and appointment related tasks, pre and post-employment reference check, record keeping of all recruitment related documents and preserve for reporting.
- Maintain & update employees personal file and all kinds of office documents in regular basis.
- Preparing monthly employee payroll on time by considering all factors related to payroll.
- Maintain & monitor overall Leave & Attendance Management System including late coming and unauthorized absenteeism.
- Develop & update human resources policies and procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Maintain liaison with external stakeholders like; bank, Grameenphone, bdjobs, Kolkarkhana & hospital etc. for getting prompt services.
- Handling organizational grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Conducting training and development program for the employees and workers.
- Conducting employee’s performance appraisal process and monitor employee’s performance in a regular basis.
- Preparing different letters on staff hiring, training, salary review, increment, experience & salary certificate, employment and disciplinary matters (warning letter, show-cause, termination, dismissal etc.).
- Visit factory for audit purpose as and when required and work for building good relationship between factory and head office.
- Performing day to day HR operations to ensure smooth HR practices within the organization.
- Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
- Preparing different kinds of report and presenting it to management as per requirement.
- Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required
