Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (Major in Human Resource Management) or Post Graduate Diploma in HR or any training related with HR issues is added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) The candidate must be self-motivated & independently can run HR & Administrative activity as team leader of multiple Plant at a time.
∎ 2) Responsible for overall Worker and staff level Recruitment process.
∎ 3) Ensure worker and staff Separation process according to BLL.
∎ 4) Fully responsible for the 2000 employees Payroll Management.
∎ 5) Follow-up Attendance, Leave, Compensation & Benefit, incentive schemes.
∎ 6) Responsible expenditures like staff, workers salary, overtime, sales allowance, Maternity benefit and so on.
∎ 7) Close liaison and coordination with the Production, Sales, Service and various Department.
∎ 8) Ensure ISO-9001:2015 QMS, 14001:2015 EMS, 45001:2018 OHSMS and compliance mitigating labor law requirements.
∎ 9) Assist Management to implement company policies, Compliances and other laws.
∎ 10) Follow-up and maintain Performance Management System for all workers and staffs.
∎ 11) Responsible for Orientation, Training, Arranging employee engagement program, organizing the event and also leading the program.
∎ 12) Conduct Disciplinary action, departmental enquiry according to BLL, sound experience in labor law.
∎ 13) Ensure employee nursing like increment, promotion, transfer and Appraisal related work.
∎ 14) Ensuring a smooth relationship between management and staff & workers. Mitigating any conflict/Grievance handling in consultation with management.
∎ 15) Follow-up day to day Transport Issues like Billing, Maintenance and Driver Engagement with the coordination of Transport Supervisor.
∎ 16) Issue office note, Memo, office order, office circular and various letters in respect of HR issues.
∎ 17) Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred.
∎ Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
∎ depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing.
∎ Ability to work in factory level.
