Responsibilities & Context:
Field (Travel) Responsibilities
Visit customer sites across assigned territories in Bangladesh for battery service support.
Install, replace, and commission batteries (Automotive, IPS, UPS, SMF, Industrial).
Diagnose battery faults and electrical issues at customer premises.
Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Collect service reports, warranty claims, and customer feedback.
Educate customers on proper battery usage and maintenance.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for service scheduling.
Workshop / Sitting Responsibilities
Perform battery testing (Voltage, Specific Gravity, Load Test, CCA).
Repair battery terminals, connectors, and minor electrical faults.
Maintain service records, job cards, and inventory logs.
Handle warranty batteries and prepare technical inspection reports.
Ensure proper storage, charging, and handling of batteries.
Maintain tools, chargers, and service equipment.
