Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or masters with PGD (HRM) with Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM.
∎ Incase of exceptional knowledge, skilled & experience educational qualification may be relaxed.
∎ Candidate having working experience in similar position in reputed NGO will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of HR & Administrative related policies, procedures and activities.
∎ Job analysis, manpower planning, recruitment, selection & appointment, preserving of personal file of employees.
∎ Conduct of recruiting, testing and interview program and exit interview.
∎ Prepare the Job Description (JD) of employees.
∎ Performance appraisal & evaluation, promotion & increment letter to employees.
∎ Identify TNA, prepare curriculum & conduct the training.
∎ Monitoring of housekeeping (as per 5S), welfare, cleanliness, security, safety issues, health & hygiene activities.
∎ Prepare & cheek salary, wages, compensation & benefits sheet.
∎ Follow-up control of attendance, leave & absenteeism of employees.
∎ Provide ID card to employees.
∎ Managing of employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling and grievance handling.
∎ Handle of legal, disciplinary matter, final settlement activities as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015.
∎ Ensure to update all NOC, licenses & certifications.
∎ Experienced to collect quotation of various product and purchase from vendors.
∎ Ability to conduct and control of Microfinance team & unit.
∎ Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs during recruitment.
∎ Maintaining human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records as per 5s system.
∎ Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
∎ Looking after all types of local issues, Gov. & non-Gov. agencies.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Willing to traveling and visit project site at Faridpur & Manikganj.
∎ Work experienced on Microfinance & fisheries sector will get advantage.
∎ Good in computer typing both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should be smart & well communication/co-ordination.
∎ Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media.
∎ Able to hard work &keep challenging mentality.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with all department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
∎ Mentality to achieve the goal through TEAM efforts.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
