Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control and monitor all human resources activities such as:
∎ Appointments/dismissal/Annual appraisals and other related works of the company and ensure for its continual improvement of the process.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages. To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
∎ Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
∎ Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes
∎ Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
∎ Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; schedules management conferences with employees; hears and resolve employee grievances; counsels employees and supervisors in consultation with Manager- HR & Admin.
∎ Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
∎ Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
∎ Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
∎ Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
∎ All other HR & Admin related matters from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in Computer Typing both in Bangle & English.
∎ Good in Drafting.
∎ achelor degree in any discipline (PGD-Human Resource Management)
∎ Should be smart & well communicator.
∎ Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media like whatsapp, messenger, imo etc.
∎ Able to do hard work & have challenging mentality.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.

∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
