Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for factory recruitment & Selection of staff and worker.
∎ Manpower planning & manpower budgeting.
∎ Job analysis and preparation of job description of staff and employee.
∎ Preparation of different report like absenteeism report, recruitment report etc.
∎ Develop key performance indicators and goal setting for different level employees in coordination with respective supervisors/ HODs and conduct effective performance appraisal process.
∎ Ensure employee skill development including training and assessment.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, annual performance appraisal.
∎ Final settlement of worker & employee.
∎ Employee personal file preparation & update.
∎ Develop and upgrade HR related manual / policies within the organization;
∎ Assessing the training need analysis of the employees and ensure proper training schedule.
∎ Responsible for employee retention, assess employee motivation and job satisfaction.
∎ Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
∎ Ensure general administration for the company
∎ Assist in strategic HR Planning and management.
∎ Any other assigned job from management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 6 years of experience in any reputed organization/group of company in similar HR position;
∎ He must be well versed in labor law/code of conduct & handle labor dispute;
∎ RMG Industry experience is preferred
∎ Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English & Bengali
∎ Good Computer and Database management skills
∎ Able to type Bangla & English.

Salary: Negotiable
