Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Familiar with the Dhaka city market and retail sales operations.
Must be willing to travel within assigned areas.
Motorcycle driving skill with a valid license will be an added advantage.

"Kalo Beverages" is hiring young, energetic, and target-oriented sales representatives who has 2/3 years of field experience in the beverage industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.

Visit retail shops, dealers, and distributors regularly to generate orders and ensure product availability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and market stakeholders.

Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.

Introduce new products and promotional offers to customers.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer demand.

Collect payments from customers as per company policy.

Prepare daily market visit reports and submit sales updates to the supervisor.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Expand market coverage by identifying new outlets and business opportunities.
