Multi-Destination Education Counselor

Spirit Overseas Education is seeking a motivated and dynamic Multi-Destination Education Counselor to join our team in Dhaka. We are an emerging and dedicated education consultancy, focused on guiding Bangladeshi students towards their academic goals in top international destinations like the UK, Malaysia, Korea and Europe. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and personalized counseling to students (face-to-face and by phone) on study options in multiple destinations, primarily the UK, Malaysia, Korea and Europe.

• Guide students through the entire application process, including initial document collection, review, and verification for university submissions.

• Effectively communicate with students via phone and email to provide updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience.

• Assist with preparing necessary documents, including guiding students on drafting Statement of Purpose (SOP) and other visa-related requirements.

• Conduct mock visa interviews and provide expert guidance on required documents and interview questions to maximize success rates.

• Support application processing, from university admission stages to visa preparation, for all targeted destinations.

• Liaise with international universities and delegates when required.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest visa policies and education industry news for key destinations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student inquiries and application progress.

• Actively contribute to marketing activities, seminars, and educational workshops.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience as an education counselor, specifically handling multi-destination counseling (experience with UK, Malaysia, Europe and Korea is highly valued).

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and public relations abilities.

  • Knowledge of the international education systems and visa processes for key destinations (UK, Malaysia, Europe, Korea preferred).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Smart, presentable, organized, and well-mannered demeanor.

  • Strong team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

  • Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
