• Age 25 to 35 years

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in an education consultancy firm, with strong expertise in student counseling and visa processing for international destinations (especially UK, Malaysia, Europe).

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English (both verbal and written) are essential for client handling, official work, formal emails, and interacting with foreign university delegates.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
• Smart, presentable, organized, and well-mannered.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and be a proactive team player.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• For Senior roles: In-depth knowledge of visa processes (specifically for UK, Malaysia, and Europe) and experience in writing SOPs are highly preferred.

Job Location: Work at Office (House# 05 (Level-5), Road# 2/D, Block# J, Bashtola, Baridhara, Dhaka-1212).

Employment Status: Full-Time

Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Saturday to Thursday.

Probation Period: 6 months.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide accurate and compassionate one-on-one counseling to prospective students and their guardians, both face-to-face and over the phone, regarding study abroad opportunities.

• Assist with the initial stages of the study abroad application process, including document collection, review, and verification for university applications.

• Maintain and update detailed records of student inquiries and application progress in our system.

• Communicate effectively with students via phone and email to provide updates and answer queries.

• Help prepare and fill out necessary forms for university applications.

• Support marketing and promotional activities, including participating in educational seminars, workshops and video Marketing

• Process all steps from university admission to visa application for students for destinations including the UK, Malaysia, and Europe.

• Directly communicate and coordinate with foreign universities and institutions regarding applications, admissions, and scholarships.

• Prepare and fill out necessary documents, including writing compelling Statements of Purpose (SOP) for student visa applications.

• Conduct mock visa interviews and provide expert guidance on required documents and interview questions to ensure high success rates.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students and their guardians throughout the entire process, handling complex cases and inquiries.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the latest visa policies and education industry updates for our target destinations.

• Lead, mentor, and train junior counselors, providing guidance and support.

• Attend international education fairs and represent Spirit Overseas Education professionally.
