• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Age 30 to 38 years

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed university.
• Having IEB membership will get strong preference.

1. Civil Maintenance:

• Supervise civil maintenance activities including masonry, carpentry, plumbing, waterproofing, painting, and structural repair.

• Ensure timely inspection and upkeep of buildings, structures, and other civil works.

• Coordinate minor and major civil renovation projects in coordination with contractors or in-house teams.

• Prepare BOQs, work estimates, and verify contractor bills.

2. Facility Operations & Maintenance:

• Ensure smooth functioning of facility systems including HVAC, elevators, fire safety systems, DG sets, water supply, and sewage systems.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Monitor energy and utility usage, and suggest improvements to reduce consumption.

3. Vendor Management:

• Prepare and review service agreements and ensure SLA adherence.

• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Obtains, tracks and maintains subcontractor warranty certificates.

4. Infrastructure Planning & Development:

• Assist in planning and executing infrastructure development and modification projects.

• Review designs, layouts, and compliance with building codes and safety norms.

• Coordinate with consultants and architects when required.

5. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all civil and facility maintenance activities comply with local laws, environmental guidelines, BNBC guidelines, NFPA guidelines and internal safety protocols.

• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections.

• Maintain documentation of inspections, permits, certifications, and reports.

• Prepare & Update facility plan in time necessity.

6. Communication, Budgeting & Reporting:

• Communicate clearly with teammates and upper-level management.

• Assist in preparing facility maintenance budgets and controlling expenses.

• Track costs of materials, labor, and external services.

• Prepare reports on maintenance status, project updates, and utility consumption for management review.

7. Other tasks:

• Sets up coordination meeting with subcontractors and distributes revised drawings.

• Wood frame construction knowledge and analytical skill a plus.

• Knowledge of CAD and BIM software.

• Ability to travel to various job sites.
