Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
∎ To work with senior management to define business requirements and objectives for ERP projects.
∎ To manage a team of ERP analysts, developers and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ To develop factory plans, timelines and budgets for ERP initiatives.
∎ To develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
∎ To provide input and guide staffing process.
∎ Train to respective person on ERP system changes and enhancements.
∎ To perform regular system maintenance and upgrades and as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
∎ Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
∎ To develop policies and procedure related to ERP system use and administration.
∎ To create and maintain documentation for ERP system processes and configurations.
∎ Providing support to users by answering questions about system usage and functionality.
∎ Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the system's software and hardware components.
∎ Conducting user training sessions on new applications or processes within the system.
∎ Monitoring the performance of applications and systems to ensure optimal performance levels.
∎ Ensuring data security by identifying potential security breaches or vulnerabilities in the system and implementing solutions to eliminate them.
∎ Recommending changes in processes to improve efficiency based on analysis of data from system usage.
∎ Providing technical support for an organization's information technology (IT) infrastructure.
∎ Creating new user accounts for employees who have been hired or transferred into the company.
∎ System back up, disaster recovery and ensure system uptime/availability.
∎ All kind of IT troubleshooting Hardware, Network issues and knowledge in maintaining server.
∎ Good knowledge in both Windows and Apple System is mandatory.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
