∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Must have PGDHRM from BIM.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: KPI,PMS
∎ Training/Trade Course: Performance Management System,Organizational Development,Training and Development
∎ Skills Required: Training & Development,Performance Appraisal

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with Performance Management System (PMS).
∎ Set-up the KPI framework.
∎ Learning & Development strategy, policy and budget.
∎ Prepare & review strategy & policy for Organizational Development to support businesses.
∎ Development and review policy and procedures.
∎ Disciplinary issues such as show cause, counseling/warning, investigation/inquiry, etc.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Office Orders, Notices, Notes & Letters.
∎ Grievance & compliance.
∎ Separation, retirement, final settlement, etc.
∎ Various reports on HR & Administrative works.
∎ Data updating in the software.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in Head Office of reputed Group of Industries/Large NGO.
∎ Must have very good composing speed in Bengali and English (Word, XL, PowerPoint, etc).
∎ Must have excellent communication & coordination skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Must be efficient in net browsing.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 1) Initially, salary will be reviewed after successful completion of 6 month probation period. 2) Earn Leave encashment facilities. 3) Excellent working environment.
