Responsibilities & Context:
Receive print design orders and specifications from clients or the sales team.
Create professional, print-ready designs based on customer requirements.
Communicate with buyers to present design drafts, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions.
Obtain final approval from clients before preparing files for production.
Ensure all artwork meets offset printing specifications, including proper bleed, resolution, color mode (CMYK), and alignment.
Coordinate with the prepress and production teams to ensure smooth file handoff and quality output.
Implement approved designs accurately into the printing workflow.
Maintain organized records of client feedback, version history, and final approved files.
Monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of approved designs to production.
Stay updated with print industry trends, materials, and techniques.
