Experience:
Lead and supervise all aspects of daily export-oriented garment poly production operations to ensure optimal productivity, cost-efficiency, and timely output.
Establish and implement effective production plans aligned with organizational goals and customer demand forecasts.
Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational bottlenecks and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Optimize resource utilization—raw materials, machinery, and labor—to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, maintenance, R&D, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Oversee implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols to meet high-grade brick standards.
Develop and train new staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety, and continuous improvement techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely production records, reporting on KPIs including yield, downtime, and material usage.
Drive process improvement initiatives to modernize production technologies and boost overall output.
