Responsibilities & Context:

A well-reputed agro-based plastic allied packaging product (P.P. woven bag) manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, energetic, hardworking, and result-oriented professional for immediate appointment in its sales & marketing department for the Assistant Manager /Manager (Sales & Marketing) position. Candidates who consider themselves confident, self-motivated, energetic, and able to work under pressure as Assistant. Manager / Manager (Sales & Marketing) are welcome to apply.
Should be a known P.P. woven bag trend in Bangladesh. The desired candidate would need to handle the sales & marketing of P.P. woven bags. Sales forecasting and preparing action plans accordingly. Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order. Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients. Build a strong relationship with the customer. Manage existing & potential customers through physical sales visits, face to face contact. The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell P.P. woven bags. Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis of business activities. Visit different organizations/work sites for developing business/creating new customers. Create sales and marketing reports for those in charge and top management. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients and adopting policies to hunt new ones.
