Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical verification and valuation of inventory weekly & monthly.
∎ Prepare of monthly comparable salary & wages statement. (Specific Format).
∎ Prepare of monthly gross and average salary and wages statement for tax Purpose.
∎ Prepare of monthly & yearly TDS statement of employee for tax purpose.
∎ Prepare of daily, monthly & yearly production summary statement for bank purpose.
∎ Vehicle Kilometer per litter (KPL) & consumption follow-up.
∎ To assist to HR Department for preparation of salary sheet & others payment sheet.
∎ Cut to shipment follow-up as order closing report.
∎ Bank work (Deposit, withdrawn & employee account Opening).
∎ Summarize & flow up daily & monthly Production, CM, Commercial cost & financial cost as per line wise & buyer wise.
∎ Calculation of Extra Hour production with cost.
∎ Daily overtime & extra overtime calculation as per working schedule.
∎ Any other task as per management as per the requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Accounting Data Entry, Cost & Management Accounting, Tally Software, Tax and VAT.
∎ Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur
