Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Travel to various locations countrywide (Hill track and island area ) for installation of company’s Satcom solutions
∎ • Install, test, configure, repair of VSAT systems or other solutions involving these technologies
∎ • Install, test, configure, repair of Solar systems or other solutions involving these technologies
∎ • Install, test, configure, repair of LAN/WAN internetworking and components (Firewalls, Switches & Routers)
∎ • Handle and resolve customer complaints
∎ • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
∎ • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ • At most 2 year(s)
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Hardware & Computer Networking, Internet Service Provider
∎ • Experience in the installation and operation of VSATs, including antenna pointing and understanding of RF communications
∎ • Good knowledge of TCP/IP
∎ • Knowledge of satellite communications principles
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Tour allowances, Telecom Allowances etc.
