Education:

• Masters

• Masters in any Subject /Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Textile Engineering preferred) with 6+ years of experience in textile sector at relevant field.

• Age At least 23 years

• Working experience in skills development/training project will be an added advantage

• Assistant Coordinator (Training, Assessment and Monitoring) will assist the Coordinator for ensuring the achievement of enrolment, training assessment and completion targets, and proper monitoring of training programs to ensure SICIP`s quality standards. The major tasks include -

• Provide support in achieving the trainee enrolment, assessment, and training completion targets, with particular attention to the targets set for women and disadvantaged groups

• Conduct capacity assessment visits for the primary selection of training institutes according to the quality training criteria set by SICIP

• Conduct regular visits to partner training institutes to monitor the implementation of training programs

• Assist in updating, developing, and finalizing course curricula/standards and relevant learning materials, assessment tools and ensuring quality of training program, assessment and certification

• Communicate with the training institutes to ensure the availability of competency standard, learning material and other training documents and activities

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator and SDCMU in relevance to effective program implementation.
