∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience of production in RMG industry. Must have excellent knowledge of production process ((cutting, sewing, stitching) and production planning, Textile and Garments products, Production monitoring and evaluation and Quality assurance (products)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze production orders, sample, and prepare a loading plan
∎ Create effective production planning and monitor the production for on-time delivery
∎ Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
∎ Ensure receiving quality raw materials and proper utilization as per job order
∎ Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process
∎ Monitor Daily Production Report and communicate with the management
∎ Assist Center Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers
