∎ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources/ Public Administration/ Management/ Business Administration/ other relevant field; Master’s will get preference.

∎ A minimum of two (02) years of progressively responsible professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation; experience of working in development sector will be a plus.
∎ Demonstrated experience of managing HR administrative things like personnel file management, leave management, time sheet management etc.
∎ Proven experience of staff data entry and managing staff master database
∎ Proficiency in managing large volume staff data in excel
∎ Hands on experience of coordinating with various units to get the job done
∎ Working knowledge of HR Information System is desirable
