Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Managing and Executing Transformar quality and switchgear production.
∎ Analyses job order, prepare production plan, arrange procurement materials/parts/ semi finished parts.
∎ Prepare production plan showing-manufacturing stages, inspection, testing and delivery.
∎ Ensure daily production report-showing work done, man-hour utilization etc.
∎ Ensure correctly cost related data collection and transmit it to relevant department for proper costing of the production.
∎ Maintain chain of command in the factory.
∎ To evaluate man and machinery performance and arrange training/ steps to improve their working capability with the target of enhancing productivity and reduction of cost of production.
∎ Develop and improve standard operation producer.
∎ Create and maintain safely, hazard free work friendly environment in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years in Transformer and Switch-gear industry or other electrical manufacturing company.
∎ Should be an energetic & dynamic person
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have experience in Substation or electrical manufacturing company
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and auto-cad etc.
