Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Factory Manpower planning along with stakeholder
∎ Evaluate/ Prepare Org chart effectiveness and propose a rightsizing plan
∎ Ensure all positions have JD
∎ Prepare and execute the Hiring Plan for the factory
∎ Assist in policy formulation and implementation of organizational policy along with stakeholder
∎ Evaluate/ monitor probationary employee
∎ Make sure wages and benefits are disbursed in place
∎ Lead day-to-day employee engagements are in place
∎ Ensure all employees are adhering to HR Policies
∎ Prepare/ conduct/ monitor yearly training calendar
∎ Analyze training effectiveness/ compensation benefit pack/ turnover/ EVP
∎ Monitor employee Length of Service
∎ Establish a performance management process
∎ Act as change catalyst of the new brand AkijBashir Group
∎ Manage worker participatory team consistency with BLA
∎ Lead/ Update/ Follow up factory ERP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
