Experience:

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably in Wet Process) or B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from a reputed university.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory

• Relevant experience in garment washing, dyeing, or wet processing (experience in a reputed RMG washing plant will be preferred).

• Sound knowledge of washing chemicals, recipes, and wet process techniques (bleaching, enzyme, pigment, over-dyeing, etc.)

• Familiar with auto dosing machines and chemical handling systems.

• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling wet process operations to meet production schedules.

• Monitor and optimize chemical usage, water consumption, and process parameters.

• Supervise a team of operators and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards in all stages of wet processing.

• Coordinate with Quality Control and R&D for sample trials and bulk production.

• Troubleshoot production issues related to dyeing, washing, or finishing.

• Maintain proper documentation of recipes, production reports, and process deviations.

• Support the implementation of cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance within the wet process department.

• Provide training and technical support to production staff as needed.
