• MBA or Master’s degree in Business or related discipline (preferred).

We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially driven, and performance-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant to the General Manager.

This is a sales-driven leadership support role within the garment accessories industry. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing and driving all sales operations across Bangladesh.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience specifically in garment accessories, possess strong commercial judgment, and demonstrate the ability to independently manage both operational execution and high-impact strategic initiatives.

This is a high-visibility, high-accountability position requiring discretion, analytical capability, strong execution power, and proactive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide direct support to the GM in managing and driving national sales performance.

·         Inventory destocking – developing and executing strategies to reduce excess stock.

·         Monetization of unused machinery – identifying opportunities to generate value from idle assets.

·         Coordinate closely with sales, distribution, finance, supply chain, and operations teams.

·         Prepare sales dashboards, revenue forecasts, pipeline reports, and margin analyses.

·         Track business risks and identify revenue growth opportunities.

·         Ensure follow-up and execution of key commercial initiatives.

·         Support pricing strategy, negotiation preparation, and customer performance reviews.

·         This role requires strong commercial acumen, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
