∎ S/he has been clear knowledge and understanding of Child Protection, CP case Management, CPIMS+, CP Minimum Standard (CPMS), CP safeguarding

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist and supervision to the senior case workers and Caseworker to the identification of child protection concerns and ensure the specialized service of case management and PSS (in person and remotely)
∎ Technical guidance and assistance to senior case worker and case worker to prepare an action plan for each vulnerable child that responds to assess the initial needs and comprehensive assessments and seek the support of the case management
∎ Support to design and technical delivery of the CP and GBV Case Management program supporting children and children at-risk of violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation by using inter-agencies tools, planning for training for staff and monitoring the cases by cases
∎ Expert knowledge and experience of Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and Data Protection and Information Sharing Protocol (DPISP) and maintaining confidentiality of CP case management
∎ Using CPSS and CMTWG-approved formats for cases documenting and referring the case
∎ Strong coordination, linkage, networking, accessible referral pathway, and communication with humanitarian agencies and government official to implement the cases
∎ Documentation review of the initial (rapid) assessments for CP cases, guidelines, providing technical assistance and prioritizing them according to the risk level through Case worker and Case Supervisor
∎ Implementing cases, tracking the cases, analyzing the CP protection concerns, and preparing real-time reports for the management and donor
∎ Conducting case conferences, weekly meetings, supervision plans, capacity building, and providing technical advice on cases to cases for the caseworkers
∎ Providing PSS support to vulnerable children and training the case workers to able provide PFA and PSS support
∎ Manage cases in line with SOPs, adhere to standard documentation processes and follow best practice guidance
∎ Monitoring the case management documentation, reviewing the documents and CPIMS+ databases with following global CP case management guidelines, confidentiality, and Accountability to Affected People (AAP)
∎ Leading to the implementation of the Multi-purpose child and adolescent center modalities at the camp level
∎ Team management abilities, decision-making, and cultural awareness
∎ Designing, facilitating, and supervising the capacity-building training of the CM, LSBE, and PSS staff including volunteers
∎ Providing regular updates to Sector lead and management of the current cases and protection trends
∎ Able to assist in designing the CP programme and implementing in the field level
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Assistant Technical Specialist, PSS and Case Management be responsible to ensure the protection of vulnerable and heighten protection concerns children, leading and providing technical supervision of case workers, CMTWG representation, able to good at in CPIMS+, monitoring and reporting the cases and proper knowledge of Psychosocial Support
