∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ BMDC Registration
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Provide daily medical consultation to the camp people
∎ Refer complicated severe cases to Upazila Health Complex or other facilities
∎ Act as focal point for the appointed health centre when on duty
∎ Ensure effective coordination and communication within the programme
∎ Prepare and submit daily reports and submit requisitions accordingly
∎ Represent Health and Nutrition programme in different meetings
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Sound knowledge of clinic/ health centre operations, infection prevention and control
∎ Capable for planning and prioritising under any stressful situation
∎ Demonstrated coordination skill and able to work in minimum supervision
∎ Excellent communication, coordination and networking skill
∎ Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
