Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering will also get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check status of the facilities on daily basis and make detail fixing plan.
∎ Check construction materials quality and communicate to supervisor for any irrelevant issues.
∎ Initiate PRs for any works and ensure the price are relevant to the market.
∎ Check completed work done by the contractors and recommend any modifications.
∎ Prepare daily report and communicate to supervisor and ensure the information reached to base office.
∎ Communicate with the camp coordinator for reaching CIC or other partners
∎ Keep record of the project document and any other related documents and ensure reached to base office.
∎ Involved in site selection for construction of facilities
∎ Keep information flow smooth through involving the zone coordinator.
∎ Communicate branch level support staff and ensure the smooth communication for any related issue.
∎ Work with other partners staff for the coordination maters.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge on data collection and data analysis, data management & MIS management
∎ Knowledge on advanced software e.g. AutoCAD (2D & 3D), ETABS, STAADPRO, water modelling related software etc.
∎ Have knowledge on Programme monitoring and evaluation
∎ Have skills on effective communication and report writing
∎ Experienced in managing information systems projects
∎ Ability to work as a team player
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Excellent analytical ability with able to handle critical situation
∎ Ability to work under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
